Pricing

Pay for meetings,
not for effort.

$1,000 to research and run your show. $300 for each confirmed meeting. A spending ceiling you set, so there are no surprises.

How pricing works

Two fees. That's it.

The $1,000 base fee covers the planning call, the research, the written reasons, the introductions, and the scheduling for one show. After that, you pay $300 only when a meeting is confirmed. You never pay for an email, a company that said no, or one that didn't reply.

No subscription and no cap on how many companies we approach. You set the ceiling, and we never go past it without your approval.

For context, a custom booth alone can run from $10,000 to several hundred thousand dollars, before space, freight, travel, and staff. Ten confirmed meetings come to $4,000.

What a show costs

What your show could cost

The base fee plus confirmed meetings, inside a ceiling you set.

Base fee

$1,000

Research and outreach for one show.

The planning call, the exhibitor research, a written reason for every company, the introductions, the scheduling, a brief for every meeting, and a recap after the show.

Refunded in full if we find fewer than 10 strong-fit exhibitors.

Examples only. How many meetings a show produces depends on the show and your targets.

Our research promise

At least 10 strong-fit exhibitors, or your base fee back.

Before you pay, we take a quick look at your show's exhibitor list and tell you honestly whether we see enough good targets. If our full research then turns up fewer than 10 strong-fit exhibitors for your goals, we refund the base fee in full.

Founding client offer

Half off the base fee for our first three shows.

Our first three client shows pay $500 instead of $1,000 for the base fee. In return, you let us publish the results (anonymized if you prefer). The $300 per confirmed meeting and everything else stays the same.

What you pay for

What counts as a confirmed meeting

You pay $300 only when all four are true.

The right company

They're exhibiting at your show, they match what you asked for, and they're not someone you told us to leave alone.

The right person

Someone who can actually have the conversation. A general inbox that accepted a time doesn't count.

A written reason

The business reason for the meeting, in writing. “You're both at the show” isn't a reason.

Both sides, in writing

A time and a place, or a video link, that both companies have agreed to. A calendar invite on its own doesn't count.

Cancellations

If plans change

Either side doesn't show up

The meeting stays billable. We can't guarantee attendance.

You cancel

The meeting stays billable.

The other company cancels ahead

We reschedule or replace it. If we can't, we credit the meeting fee.

We book outside your criteria, or get the time wrong

We fix it or credit the meeting fee. That one's on us.

Two people from your company in one meeting are one fee. Rescheduling is not a new fee. Invoice timing, and how a credit is applied, are agreed in writing before work starts.

What we can't promise

We can't control whether another company says yes, so we don't promise a number of meetings, attendance, or sales. That's exactly why most of the price is only charged when a meeting is confirmed. On the planning call, we'll tell you honestly how many strong targets we see on the list.

Send the show and dates. Within one business day, we'll tell you whether we see enough strong targets to make it worth it.
